New research suggests that exposing the brain to light and sound at a frequency of 40 flashes or clicks per second can potentially enhance brain functions by reintroducing the natural 40Hz gamma rhythm.

Past studies have demonstrated the positive impact of cognitive exercises on memory improvement. By combining the synergistic elements of 40Hz gamma light, sound, and brain training games, a promising positive feedback loop is created. The AlzLife app conveniently combines 40Hz light, 40Hz sound, cognitive exercises, and a personalized Life Coach into one user-friendly package.

HOW TO USE ALZLIFE

We recommend dedicating one hour per day to using the AlzLife app. If you find the 40Hz gamma frequency flicker bothersome at first, start using the app with the light settings set to a minimum. Most users gradually become accustomed to the flicker after several sessions. Once you no longer notice the flicker, you may consider increasing the intensity within the app's Settings.

To begin, start with games you are familiar with before gradually progressing to more challenging ones. We suggest starting at an easy level and gradually increasing the difficulty to a point that provides a challenge without discomfort.

COMPATIBLE DEVICES

To utilize the 40Hz gamma light feature of AlzLife, your device's screen refresh rate must be 120Hz. Compatible devices include iPad Pro 2017 and newer models, as well as iPhone 13 Pro and newer models. All other devices, such as other iPhones, iPads, smartphones, and laptops, operate at a refresh rate of 60Hz.

SUBSCRIPTION

The AlzLife app offers a FREE version with access to 40Hz gamma light, 40Hz gamma sound, and easy levels of each game. To unlock more challenging levels, a subscription is required. The most popular subscription plan is priced at $79.99 per year and supports the continuous development of new cognitive activities added monthly.

<li>Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.</li>
